Dr. Steven who happens to be the Secretary of Power is considering LANR or Lattice-assisted Nuclear Reactions or simply cold fusion that happens to be related to the e-cat home device. This is also significant to the work of President Obama as he pushes for the use of hygienic power, lessen the dependency of foreign oil, give priority to the world weather calamity, and job creation.
