The Work On E-Cat Home Devices And Other R&D Items Will Be Continued, But No Public Tests
October 28 is the final deadline. No more tests after that, the October 28 is the ultimate measurement of the E-Cat future to come. However, as much as we do know about the E-Cat plant launch test, there is a whole lot that we do not know. Many things have been revealed, and yet many still remain to be guessed, assumed and theorized. To the dismay of many, the plant demonstration will be held in private, “being the test made by the customer, with his experts, along a contractual protocol.” Make no mistake about it, there will be analysis performed afterwards and probably a press conference and a report publication, but since it is the customer’s prerogative now and not Rossi’s, the former will be calling the shots as to when and how soon and what needs to be released.
That being said, Rossi also stated that although the Oct. 28 demonstration is “the last work with a public report made upon the resulting numbers,” private tests (presumably on E-Cat home units and other R&D developments) will still be held in conjunction with the Bologna University and the Uppsala University. In fact, it was earlier announced that more E-Cat home tests will be held, which is the next natural step once the E-Cat plant is launched and is proved to be efficient. If/when/once it happens and Rossi is busy in manufacturing custom-made E-Cats for his clients, E-Cat home devices will come in handy, and most likely they will be in great demand.
Once the big test is out of the way, there is a whole lot of work that Rossi will be involved. But until then the test is the main issue to concentrate.
