E-cat Months Away From Release
There has been, of course, much speculation about the pending release of Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat. This LENR device promises to be an energy revolution unequalled by any other except, perhaps, the industrial revolution. But, when will it be available?
For the last year, Rossi has promised that the domestic E-Cat for the use of home heating would be released in 2013. This July, a commercial E-Cat – the second one of its kind – will be delivered to another anonymous customer. Rossi is currently taking orders for both commercial and domestic E-Cats, although he does not take prepayment for the orders. This is not a reflection of any doubt concerning the machines – it is simply a very wise move to keep suspicion of a scam from being expounded.
However, on his blog just today, Rossi responded to two posters about the release time of the E-Cats. Steven Karels and H. Hansson both asked if we can expect an announcement soon about the release of the E-Cats. Hansson reminded Rossi of the statement the inventor made about the main stream media responding when they had something to report. He asked “Will your coming presentation of the 600 degree steam E-Cat reactor have such qualities (to inspire mainstream media reporting)?
Rossi replied, “Yes, I think so within months.”
This echoes the response given to Karels, who asked “When will it (the E-Cat) be released or made publically available? – weeks, months, years.” Rossi’s single word reply, “Months”, means that possibly before next summer we can expect news concerning the E-Cat that will truly be media-worthy. The major news networks won’t ignore positive proof of alternative energy, and Rossi knows that.

These are scams that NEVER have anything to do with actually selling units.
So pre pay or not proves nothing.
The Scam is getting investors to give you money on the PROMISE that units will be sold. So yes orders for units are important to impress investors.
In the end these scams will never result in going to jail. The Shares are sold with wording that puts the onus on the investors. The investors only recourse is to sue in civil court.
