The NRL, also known as the National Research Laboratory, is the corporate research laboratory for the Navy and Marine Corps. It was founded in 1923 at the provocation of Thomas Edison to develop new technology to address the current-day challenges by building all techniques of military and naval development. True enough the NRL is still living up to that vision as it once again conducted scientific research this time to prove the function of cold fusion.
Dr. Steven who happens to be the Secretary of Power is considering LANR or Lattice-assisted Nuclear Reactions or simply cold fusion that happens to be related to the e-cat home device. This is also significant to the work of President Obama as he pushes for the use of hygienic power, lessen the dependency of foreign oil, give priority to the world weather calamity, and job creation.
The Chemistry and the Surface Science division of the NETL were headed by the scientist Richard P. Noceti. The NETL is called as the National Energy Technology Laboratory which is actually owned by the US Department of Energy (DOE). The DOE was built mainly to accomplish a mission of enhancing the economic and the security of the United States. The technology so developed from the research helps not only for the assurance of a reliable, secure and continuous supplies of energy but also to resolve the problems in the reliability of the fossil resources.
